Vernal Pools Night Hike
Saturday, April 14 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Some of nature’s tiniest vertebrates make the loudest sounds in the spring. Join our wader-clad naturalists on an evening exploration of the Nature Center’s vernal pools. These shallow bodies of water form from melting snow and spring rain and are the most important breeding grounds for many of our native amphibians.
Space is limited – call in advance to guarantee your spot! Members: $5 / Non-Members: $8
