This looks like SO much fun! There is something for everyone! Just look at the entertainment lineup (Wang Chung and 10, 000 Maniacs on Saturday night)! There are also rides, arts and crafts, pirates adventures, and more entertainment (including circus and music acts) for kids, and so much more! In fact, Sunday is Family Day! Unlimited rides from 11 am – 2 pm for $15, 1 kid admission free with adult admission, kid specials at food booths, etc.. Today’s (Friday only) special – $5 admission for adults. Saturday – kids who dress up as pirates are admitted free.

Dates: Friday, September 10: 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm; Saturday, September 11: 11:00 am – 11:00 pm; Sunday, September 12: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm

Where: Norwalk’s Veterans Park. Click here for parking and directions.

Website: www.seaport.org/OysterFest. Click here for the schedule.

Admission:
SPECIAL Friday Admission – $5.00
General Admission – $12.00
Seniors: $10.00
Children 5-12 years – $3.00
Children under 5 years – Free

All entertainment included in ticket price.

Momma says: It is physically a large event, so bring a stroller or wagon if you have younger children. Free parking is nice, but the shuttles are schoolbuses, so if you do have gear to bring, you are better off paying $10 for parking near the festival (across the street). If you have to miss the event this year, enjoy our photos from yesterday.
